The Terminal - Hoskote

1 star off for the delay in servicennAmbience - 4*nFood - 5*nService - 2*nAccessibility - 5*nnWell had been here last night for a highway drive and a quick drink n dining.nThe garden area was nice and perfect however the waiter said that they don't serve there. We then had to find a seating near the bottom of terminal which is again good.nOur ordeal was yet to start - the there waiter suggested we seat on the top section (the main terminal area) as the number of waiters were more there. But that seemed rather dull to us and we suggested to stay close to the ground area.nThe waiter then wilfully delayed cleaning the table and serving us (seems like he wanted us away from his serving area). Had to wait for atleast 20mins and then had to personally walk to him to get us served. There were hardly 5-6 tables and around 3 waiters still he claimed he was too busy, but later agreed to take up orders.nPost then he started taking orders pretty quickly and it was closing time sooner.nnOn the food - the starters were pretty good including the non veg platter. The main course we're great too.nnThe restroom was small but clean. Also the door lock was damaged, so ladies might need to be careful around that. Something the management should fix on priority.nnOverall a nice experience except for the initial seating and service delays.nnMay visit again sooner to see if there is any difference in service and hospitality

Found this place on a rainy day when we were heading towards Kolar highway. It was raining so couldn't sit outside. They have descent menu, food was good. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to go for long drives and spend peaceful time since serve is bit slow..but never mind ud83dude00

The place has some good food. The ambience is good for family gatherings and for friends groups too.. the furniture could have been slightly better managed but ain't a deal breaker by any standards. The cafe is nice and cozy too.

Tasteless food. Earlier it used to be good. But now the management has changed hence the quality and taste. 2 star only for the Ambience as that is good.

Very nice ambience, nice staff n service was good. Starters were super tasty and soup was so satisfying.Food was also amazing. Overall loved it. Just go on long ride and have dinner there good place.
