Got normal passport in just 10 days during covid situation...good support from staff...thank you so much.

Still manual. No system to get token. Only two govt employees. The staff was good and knowledgeable but due to being manual and no proper screening of documents as in Lalbagh and Sai arcade we had to wait for a long time. They processing as per slot allocated. If the person from first slot misses anything they go and get the required things and are on priority. But people waiting find this troubling. We had to wait for 2 hours. And our full process took less than 20 minutes. More staff should be employed and token system should be implemented. Tokens should be given after proper screening of documents. Also please carry photograph as camera is not available.

It's almost one month submission of all documents and fees, still not received the passport. People should be informed that it would take two months to get passport renewed if applied from this passport office.
