Excellent service by Verto . Sadam was the supervision lead and they carefully packed every single item, tracked all boxes so well and unpacked everything very safe also. Verto was the Indian logistics partner for the movement of my personal effects from abroad. The team was committed, I worked with a single point of contact (Ms. Harbon Sangma) who gathered all documents, gave updates and coordinated the delivery - it was seamless.nnTwo areas certainly need to be improved though:n- There was lack of clarity for the documents that were needed for clearing customs, a lot of last minute affidavits/emails/attestations were requested, which was inconvenient.n- Payments were all rushed in short notice (port handling charges, storage invoices, etc.) - I had to make payments within hours of receiving the invoice, or might face demurrage charges.nnUpon customs clearance, the delivery was made within 24hrs, furniture reassembled, all in the middle of cyclonic weather. I'm definitely super happy with their service, but would just urge them to streamline their customs clearing part.

The team at Verto (led by Raman) was extremely professional in handling my New Delhi to New York move. They were very communicative, helpful and managed the entire door-to-door process with care, including the complex paperwork. My items were expertly wrapped and boxed and arrived in perfect condition. I was nervous about it all going smoothly but didn't need to worry, they had everything covered.
