Placed order at 9:20AM and person has confirmed all items available and committed to deliver by evening/night same day. Called at 7PM on status of delivery and to my surprise the executive was unaware of order and asking what is required. At 7:30PM he checked and confirmed out of 12 items only 4 are available. You need to be serious about customer orders and track properly. Atleast inform customer, when you cant deliver or no stock....wasted 10hrs of time waiting for flowers and if informed earlier, I would have looked for alternate vendor.....My varalakshmi pooja arrangements planning went bad because of you folks.....Be responsible & serious about your business guys
