Bad Experience not professional. Gave one Saree for dry cleaning. They told 2 days. But its been one week since I got the Saree back.!!nThe shop is closed. Customer care isn't picking up the call. Highly unsatisfied.

Unprofessional service, front desk staff are very unprofessional, sometimes watchman will collect clothes. No invoice provided, store is locked, unable to contact any staff in ananth nagar branch. person who was there yesterday ( krishna) was totally unresponsive and unprofessional not willing to answer any questions and unwilling to take any actions. WHY IS THE STORE LOCKED, WE WANT OUR CLOTHES, THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE SILK SAREES, DELIVERY IS ALREADY DELAYED. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE...THINK ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE ONES...DONT EVER GO NEAR THIS SHOP. I TRIED CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE....WORST SERVICE...

WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE EVER. SHOP ALWAYS REMAINS CLOSED, THEY DONT GIVE INVOICES, AT TIMES EVEN WATCHMAN COLLECTS CLOTHES. Not sure why this outlet is even open. Delivery is always delayed and front desk staff are hopeless, irresponsible and unprofessional. Made a big blunder by giving my clothes for dry cleaning here, will never ever ever give my clothes again. People please avoid this shop. They are not worth even one star. Their customer service helpline doesnt work at all, always engaged and they give false promises too....

Not suitable for your good clothes, for regular clothes OK. But don't risk your good/quality clothes by giving it for dry cleaning.nPathetic customer service.
