Cleaning service is good, but the center manager Yeshwant is very rude and behaves very rudely, doesn't know how to behave with customers. Many other issues also talk about his unprofessionalism and bad behaviour. Laundrokart I don't want to use your services till you have such people working for you. People who don't know how to behave or respect customers.

I am writing out of absolute frustration towards Laundrakart teams attitude and bad service.nI had given my blazer for drycleaning on 17th January at the Laundrkart store on Chandapura Main Road. The expected date of delivery was 22nd January.nWhen I called the customer care number on 23rd January, I was told that there has been some unforeseen delay and I will be getting my blazer by the next day, i.e. 24th Jan.nWhen I called on 24th Jan, the customer care person said he will check and call me back within 15 - 20 minutes. But I did not receive any call.nI personally visited the store on 25th January, only to be told by the store person that the blazer has still not arrived because of some logistic delays. He dialled a number on his phone and connected me to some customer care lady who promised that she will arrange over night delivery and I will definitely receive my blazer the next day 26th, January.nWhen I visited the store again on 26th January around 5 p.m., I was told that my blazer had been sent to some other location by mistake. The store person again connected me to the same lady who told me that they are yet to track which location my blazer had been sent to. She asked me to give couple of more days to track and return my blazer. I asked her to connect me to someone who is responsible as both the store person as well as the customer care team have shown no sense of responsibility. She said I can write a complaint mail to the support mail-id. The store person also displayed a very callous attitude and said that there is no use of me getting worried as the blazer will come sooner or later.nI am highly dissatisfied by the process of Laundrokart which allows such mistakes and logistic failures, resulting is frustration for the customers. The attitude of the store person as well as the service I have received from Laundrokart team is very irresponsible and frustrating to say the least.

Best dry cleaning in our Area. Managing guy YASHANTH is very punctual in his work and mainting good relationship with customers and responsing the customer in good manner well maintained Best place for dry cleaning.

Called the number on the website to pick up laundry in Anekal, they have service very near to my place ... Direct to call center... Said some one will call n pickup the delivery... 2days passed by no call....called ... Again call center same message... Finally received a call n the person said it is too far... Said I will drop my own laundry... Reached the shop it is closed.... Called the number... No answer... Waste of time n money.... Finally he calls past 11pm to disturb my sleep... Cannot believe how they work.... Very unprofessional... Totally hyped.... Local laundry responded faster and did the needful... Thought it is a high end laundry.... Reached the shop... A single shop with shutter down...

Poor service. I’ve sent clothes for stain removal. They have informed that stain cannot be removed. Further, they have not done any dry cleaning and charged dry cleaning cost. Beware of this.
