The lady staff named jomole joseph in The body shop @ sobha city mall Thrissur is very weak in providing customer service. She was not giving the proper information about the product and has a very bad attitude towards the customers. Don't expect such a worst customer service experience from an international brand.

Body shop..my favourite spot..Yesterday i visit body shop..lady staff behaviour very very Bad..try to improve..When it comes to this kind of behavior, no one in the shop..

They have some impressive collection of body products. The shop may not look like much from outside, but they have a huge collection indoors. It is almost as good as the shop they have in Bangalore. The products are super cool and although they may seem a bit expensive, they are all good value for money.
