Built by the Dutch, to wash and dry clean the soldiers dresses, you can also see the coal fired iron box, good location.

Well this establishment started in the 18th century during the Dutch rule for their military in order to wash military uniforms. The ancestors of the workmen belongs to Tamilnadu
