The buses are maintained properly and is always clean. The seats are comfortable. It's also much safer than other buses.

One of the best travel agency. I always go to Banglore and Coimbatore by A1. They provide such good facilities that I literally get to know that I arrived only when I reach the destination. Their double sleepers and sleepers are really good with attached plug point and all. Even the non a/c bus is really good that you won't feel like to take an a/c bus especially if it's a window seat. If you have plans on going to short distance places like Banglore, Chennai and all by bus then definitely go for A1 travels.

I usually travel in this bus...its punctual neat staff is good...but ride is not very comfortable its ok...and ya its not Volvo or Scania so its expected...but overall nice

Untidy buses. Seats/Berths emits bad smell and are infested with bugs. Pleasant staff manning Kottayam branch. But not enough resting place/seats for passengers waiting for bus. Also, no wash room. Very congested office.
