I purchased a multi currency travel card in June, 2019n1. The customer care personal promised many offers like, free money withdrawal for 3 times, Paytm vouchers, cash back offers etc. When I withdraw money from outside India 5$ was charged.n2. Office from where I collected the card don't know anything about the offers that the customer care personal promised me. They asked me to contact the customer for that.n3. I was said from customer care that the card will get activated on the same day I get card. But it took another two days. Remember when u get the card it won't be activated.nnFinal verdict:n1. Don't believe any of the offer that customer care promises. It's all fake just to make you buy the card. There is no proof for the offers they promised, they won't send mail not u will receive any communication on this regard.n2. It will take more time to activate, than they promise. Beware of that.n3. There is no toll free calling number to call from outside India. You will have to call MasterCard and they will connect to Thomas cook.n4. Look out for cards from reputed banks like HDFC, it's more or less of same cost, coz all the great offers said by the customer care is just fake.

Online rate and offline currency exchange rate are different. Had to wait over an hour to get online rates.
