The punctuality in reaching destinations were good. The AC was comfortable, however there was some issue with the seat, and I had a knee pain after the trip. Overall it was good..

Bus neatness time management all ok, but bad behavior from staff , I think this only bus with this type of bad behaving staff

They say they give water & other amenities. I didn't get any of it. Ride in that bus is pathetic. Seats are so hard
