I had smoothening treatment ... Only in one week my hair started breaking from roots after 1 cm . I visited again and asked the hair stylist the issue .... They did not accept that the treatment procedure was wrong . Now almost 70 percent of my hair has fallen from root . I went to other parlours to show to hair stylist , all said the same that the treatment procedure i.e. the ironing was wrong ... Now nothing can be done, spa keratin treatment etc etc nothing can help my hair to stay ... Now few days more when all hair will go ... So I request everyone please don't go for any service here .... A BIG NO TO BUDDHA SPA ....

Very worst behaviour of the owner... staff r okay buy owner is yo greedy and after negotiation as per there's terms and conditions again she is asking for more money.... totally horrible experience...
