Very unhygienic and poor services. There were no customers still the lady did the services in such a hurry showing her disinterest which also impacted the quality of service. They didn't even provide printed copy of the bill and on asking for a copy the receptionist clicked a picture with her phone and sent me on whatsapp. Very unprofessional.

To be honest it was my first experience in this salon, where safety measures were not at all taken.. sanitization was not done before providing service to the customer.. the attendant was very rude n impolite.. despite of telling her to be more gentle in her work she did the exact opposite in the services provided and also the service provided were not meeting with the costs. My personal advice is not to get the cleanup from there as the costs are not meeting with the service provided and also the attendant was very impolite. She was doing her work which was comfortable to her and not the customer. It was very rude to direct the customers whixh was also very uncomfortable.

Salon looks good but as you enter, noone attends you and keep you waiting for no reason. The staff does not care about the customer's time. Horrible experience. Won't recommend.

I would like to thanks Shobha specially from Naturals who really made my wedding and engagement days super special with the pre bridal services and bridal make up. They even came to my wedding venue and provided their great services. My make up was fantastic and did a great work till the next morning. I had HD make up for wedding and Mac make up for my engagement, I loved it and everyone else also. SHOBHA really did a great job there as she did the make up exactly it suited me! Thanks Naturals!!

Rude and very bad behaviour with customers and working staff..!! NO PRIVACY while they provide service and very costly compared to other salons. I'll never visit this salon again.
