A very beautiful health centre located at the heart of the city , tucked in a green space.nTook the stress relief aroma therapy which was brilliant , done by a motherly figure , she was simply expert in her work, it was relaxing beyond words.nThere is an attached washroom to take a nice shower and then get back to the gruelling hard reality waiting in the outside world.nnI wish this place was littlenMore well kept , the gorgeous varanda outside was filed with cartons and the peaceful lobby + reception area was literally cramped with boxes.nnI wish they could provide us with some water or hot tea at the end of the massage to seal the deal and give a very enchanting experience over all.

If you're looking for a relaxing and healing body massage/spa, this is the best place. It's an ayurvedic centre, I decided to go for a regular spa(which includes steam) along with body scrubbing. The ambience and music and staff, everything was soothing enough. And yes, it's economical as well. Special thanks to Preeti ma'am, you're amazing!

Very disappointing experience !!nThere's no provision for a bath or shower after a massage. So you are expected to change and go home all oiled up. After insisting, cold water was given as if doing us a favor. It's 15°-20°C outside. This is least of the expectation.nThey should've told this beforehand. Massage was alright, but overall experience was bad. Won't recommend. Such small reasons theses places stay mediocre.n(Writing on behalf of somebody who had this experience.)
