A while ago my cousin was here to get a FHD TV. He's not that tech savvy so when he was first there these guys tried to sell him a HDReady TV which isn't FHD. Since it was out of stock at the moment as well, my cousin booked it with ₹1000/-. Later on when he found out more about the TV & that it's not FHD, He wanted to cancel the booking but they didn't let him. All of a sudden the TV was in stock, the guy at the reception was ready to get a delivery done on the same day (such hipocrisy) but not ready to refund the amount & cancel the booking. Suddenly he also started talking about how FHD TVs start from a higher price point & so on, where was this knowledge earlier? Ultimately, he didn't refund the amount of booking. So I'd say be careful & do your research beforehand on any models that you're interested in. These guys might try to fool you.
