Pros- Bus was quite comfortable and the journey was good. It took us only 3 hrs to reach Ujjain from Lalghati, Bhopal.nCons- bus location was far from pick up point and boarding time was almost an hour in comparison to the time mentioned on booking website....

Usually its good service but while travelling from deawas to mandsaur few times they changed the bus at ujjain during journey...it wasted around 1hr time....They returned the bus from ujjain (to neemuch) and same for returned the bus came from bhopal(at ujjain)

Very bad experience , no a/c facility in a/c bus, traveling from Ujjain to Bhopal , no power supply to the allocated sockets , bus number and details provide in the image provided, travelled on 16 October 2020,
