Always go for new buses since they have new seat covers and blanket. They don't provide water bottles which is a bad thing i guess. Good thing is the bus leaves on time however, arrival on time is not sure

The place constitutes open space where you have to wait for bus. Only good thing is they give you reminder calls. Staff behavior is ok.

Amazing service and amazing buses. Highly maintained. The 3pm bus from Chandrapur us an absolute luxury at the prices you pay.nOnly thing is the travels reach late at times. But that's okay during the rainy season. Overall a good experience than what other buses offers.
