I ordered personalised table clock and chocolate box on my Husband's birthday. Price was bit high but looking at the display on their app, I thought quality should be worth it and I wanted it on next day itself. But It was total disappointment. The clock quality is too pathetic. The hands keep falling and clock is not in working condition since we received it. None of the items was gift wrapped. For chocolate box, they charged almost double price. The add-on greeting card was just a small plain paper card for which they charged a good amount. It's total waste of money. Their customer care just gather data from you afte raising query and after that they don't get back. Not going to recommend FNP to anyone ever.

Had very good experience with Ferns n Petals Amanora. Good quality of flowers and very premium arrangement . Cake was also very good. Delivered on time for our event. Thx.

Not even Eligible for one StarnReally had bad experience with the delivery,nOrdered a cake on birthday and delivery boy asking to deliver next day (what the hell noncence is this)

When recipient was unable to pick the call due to company meeting and I am saying to gift the gift to security guard, then rude support girl said that if recipient says then only we will give gift to guard. When owner is saying to provide gift to guard then don't you need to listen? Then I said to change the delivery address and take more money from me for that, but then also they are not ready. Because of this, I couldn't send birthday gift and it was a very bad day just because of Ferns N Petals. :( Will never order anything again.

Wait and see this before yu order YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WILL BE WASTED THEY R CHOR THIS OUTLET IN HADAPSAR @ They are scammers POOR they dont deliver gifts on time, They are cheaters, THEY REFUSED DELIVERY AND ASKED RS 150 MORE to re attempt... They delivered Poor CONDITION FLOWERS AND ALL ... REFUND POLICY IS WORST RS 0 WILL BE REFUNDED IF YU CANCEL ORDER SO AVOID ... THEY
