Spoilt a very special day of my nephew by delivering a cake in bad condition. When messaged the owner, they had no decency to apologise for the inconvenience. Will never order from them, nor would suggest or recommend anyone in future.

LOUSY SERVICE_EMPTY PROMISES!nWas our Wedding anniversary ordered orchids as they last long-On delivery I could see that the flowers were drooping. Next day the flowers started dropping off and 3rd day they were all dropped from the stems.nnMs Priyanka Singhal promised replacement -BUT IT IS NOW 15 days and 5-6 reminders -NOTHING! FEEL TOTALLY CHEATED.nnSuch poor quality is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Lack of customer service and communication. They don't respond to your calls or messages. They don't deliver as promised. I was never updated about the status of my order. They expect you to keep calling them. They don't have a sense of keeping a customer updated. They are frauds taking advantage of the lockdown. Make sure they shut down
