I have ordered chocolate boquet. The material used was very chip. The heart shape of the thermocol was cut one big and one small size. Glue was spilled on chocolates also, some chocolate was spoiled. Very bad experience. Amateur in bouquet making! Waste of money :(

I ordered first time from Baner branch..It was very bad experience. Worst packaging of cake and forgot the flower. When , i tried to call the store manger he switch off the mobile and made excuse like we don't have a permission to pack the box.nInfact, FNP is my favorite store for cake and flowers online delivery.nnIn-fact, I felt that they hired third class delivery boy he was not able to find the address as well.nnReally, it was very worst experience ever.

My experience with FNP has always been fantastic and felt happy after Evey delivery. I like the quality of the flowers they use, It lasts quite longer than others. Also cake quantity is amazing. I have also bought few live plants and looking to buy more... Thanks for your services.ud83dudc4d
