Absolutely pathetic service experience. This was my first order for my mother in law's bday. The time slot was 2-10 but the cake never got delivered on her birthday. I called the customer service for a good 6-7 times and all i got as response was that it will get delivered asap. Worst of experience. Would never recommend this to anyone ever. When i asked for refund they say there is no refund policy. After reading all the good reviews i chose fnp...and got my lesson well taught.
