Very Poor experience visiting the dealership. I was sold an accessory at 2000 rs above the marked price and on demanding the invoice was not given one. On taking follow up they provided the invoice and returned the 2000 rs. One employee names Prithvi has no manners and does not know how to deal with customers. Ford should really coach the employees to improve there customer experience.

It was nice experience while test driving Ford Aspire Titanium varient. Strong Feeling during driving in cabine. Less Engine sound in Cabin. Good Ground Clearance.

Purchased EcoSport in april 2019.very good customer service right from initial enquiry to 7th day follow up. Very impressed handover ceremony. 7th day post purchase follow by technical team at home visit. Sales guy rohit is very cooperative and evry time egar to help. Good personal attention by staff during all 3 visits. Everytime visited they ask tea coffee and give special attention. I hope moharir ford will continue same zeal of customer service in future services of my freestyle car. Awesome vehicles!!!

No transperency while making estimate for servicing of vehicle. Many things were added unnecessary without consent just to increase the bill amount. Quality wise all good just need to keep transperency with customers while making estimate of service and also take consent for the same.
