Pick up point in khamgaon mentioned on booking site is not correct.Nobody picks up phone mentioned along with the address of boarding point. Worst experience.

Cheaters...recently traveled frm akola to nashik...booked AC sleeper ticket online but traveled in 'Khatara' bus with non-working AC and uncooperative people...no prior intimation or refund...Worst experience
