worst ever staff. horrible experience. even if you are dying, the staff will be undeterred. they have no manners. especially the female trainer/receptionist. she did measurements as if she were doing a favor. and also speaks very loudly and rudely to all other staff. all the staff needs some serious training on basic customer service etiquettes
