Very good customer service. What is unique about it is that they offer best price with unexpected facilities like providing mineral wateŕ for each passenger, tissues and newspaper as complimentary during the journey. Driver is also well behaved. Overall wonderful experience and strongly recommend to everyone i hope they maintain this high standard of service attitude for years to come

The total trip was nicely arranged. The driver was professional & polite. Car was neat and clean. The pick up from station was on time since we were worried as our arrival was early morning at 5.00 am. Proper information given by driver during all the trip. Proper guidance from driver to halt for breaks,lunch etc.during journey. The proprietor of the travel company Mr.Sagar was in touch with us on call during whole trip till we get back to our city to make sure that the our complete trip is comfortable & safe.nWill definitely recommend to our friends & family.

I would really recommend their service. It is one of the best you can find. The driver was also good. He was very punctual and disciplined. Management was also good. They kept us informed about each and everything and made everything possible on time.

Excellent customer service. These guys care for your smallest of needs. Very professional and polite owner, right from booking till the trip end, customer is being looked after with detailed trip information. Timely pickups, neat n clean vehicle, cooperative driver, water bottles n news paper for passengers, so all n all very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use the services again when I visit solapur and strongly recommend to all looking for tour packages.

Traveling with Shri Samarth tours & travels was fabulous. The way they serve their customers is outstanding. They deserve high value against their service still they are providing their service at nominal cost. Completely satisfied with the service they provide to us.
