I went here with multiple issues. Neck and shoulder pain. Lower back pain.. my physiotherapy sessions included treatment plus exercises. They listen to your issues and suggest appropriate treatment. I would say the physiotherapy sessions helped reduce my pain 70% atleast. Thanks to Dr. Nikhil. I have been advised to continue my exercises for 4-6 weeks more for complete healing. I would highly recommend taking treatment at this clinic. I would however suggest first consulting an orthopedic to find out the exact reason of pain and then visit them for physiotherapy as it helps them give you better treatment.
Dr. Nikhil is very good at what he does. He will explain you everything in detail and is very friendly and accommodating. I very strongly recommend him.
