I Vandana Karia 51 years , had knee pain for past two years. Nothing seemed to reduce my pain even after consulting n following doctors advice. Two months ago I consulted Dr Abhay Narvekar. He asked me to visit Anjanas Physio Rehab newly opened at Thane as it was closest to me. Here I was treated by Dr Ruchi Gala who was very friendly and guided me perfectly to improve my posture and work on certain muscles.nIn short time, I was relieved of pain.
