A vehicle sent for the day was in pathetic condition,leaky doors,wiper and horn not working.Leakey door causing wet seats,door opening with lot of effort ,seat not tilting properly to allow the passangers and the driver did not know the roads.Previous traffic penalty was not paid causing vehicle being held on the road for some time.Lot of followup was required to get the vehicle on the morning.Very horrible service.
