I had pain in my neck, shoulders, upper back and arms from last 2 years because of mild diffuse posterior bulge of c4-c7 disc’s. Dr. Dheeraj assured me that spine alignment will get corrected (along with pain relief) after 2 months of physiotherapy. Because of time constraint, i could take only 1 month of physio but pain reduced by 50-60%. It will take another 2-3 months for complete recovery with the help of exercises taught by him and suggested lifestyle changes.nThe clinic is well maintained and well equipped. Patients wear masks and follow social distancing. Dr. gives proper counselling and guidence to every patient. He knows his job well and you can follow his guidlines without any second thought. Physiotherapy is no magic, it takes time and patience to get some noticeable results.nI am happy and satisfied with my recovery.

My son(Aryan) got right hand shouldr dislocationnAnd I took him to Nirmal physio care.nHe was not able to move his hand due to pain but here dr Dhiraj treated,guided him and within 10sessions his hand mobility has returned.awesome service and dr Dhiraj is a very calm and soft-spoken person he takes time and explains each and everything (about the problem) which is very rare in this competitive world.nnIf u have any issue with dislocation,fracture,or slip disc u should come here definitely excellent place and v good dr.

I was taking physiotherapy for Bells Palsy from Dr. Dhiraj. The treatment was a very well guided. An electrical stimulation was done as well. There was a fair improvement after 11 session treatment followed by advanced exercise movements. I recommend this place for bell's palsy treatment.

I was suffering from lower back pain and I had visited Dr Dhiraj Jaiswal for treatment. With just 4-5 session I felt great comfort and before completion itself the pain had subsidised by 80 -90 Percent.

Nirmal Physio Care is good for physio therapy. I had stiffness problem in my left arm which was later cured after doing physio therapy at Nirmal Physio Care. I was taking treatment from Dr Dhiraj Jaiswal. He pays more attention to each n every patient. Thank you Dr Shirah for giving good physio therapy .
