Doctors get offended when you inquire about your patient health. Doctor behavior is rude seems like impatient. Hospital Guard does partiality in allowing visitors. Takes out his uniform to fight with you. Never seen this type of doctor and guard of any hospital.

The hospital staff is not professional at all especially the security guard who is there at the gate entrance. My mom is admitted in this hospital due to stroke and my younger brother went with food for her and my elder brother who is staying there as an attendee. We are aware of the covid situation and know that without covid test no one can visit the patient. My brother forgot his phone so he asked a nurse to go and inform the attendee to come and collect the food from the gate. While the nurse was away my brother went and sat on a chair as it was too hot outside. The guard came and he pulled my brother outside holding his collar and started shouting on him. When my brother got angry the guard opened his shirt and was asking for a fight. This happened today at 10:45 pm. Hospital authority should check the CCTV camera of the hospital. The same guard was allowing all other visitors to enter. He was allowing people to enter without mask. This partially biased treatment should not be tolerated. This is a hospital and not a karate school where the guard was asking for a fight. Their behaviour and manners are not acceptable. Their biased behaviour towards the people is intolerant. The management should take strict actions on the staffs whose behaviour is bad as the staff are the ones who makes or breaks the image and reputation of the hospital.
