The Dakia Para area is located near the Indian border. Located in this area, there is a market almost every day and Bangladesh Border Guard is located here. So one cannot enter Bangladesh from India or from Bangladesh to India without permission. So, this is one of the border areas.

It’s a remote area located the border side of Haluaghat Upazila. Bandorkata BGB Camp is east side & Surjapur BGB camp is west side of this bazar with a few distance likely 500 metar east & 1500 metar west. The end of this village is Indian border. Bangladesh Border High way being constructed upon this market place.
