I ordered my grandparents a headstone back in May. Expectations was set due to COVID of about 12 weeks. I paid for this in cash was my fist mistake. After Derek put my order in I was told I have to purchase the vase as well. He redo the paperwork give me a different account number. All set up by the employee Derek Stephens. On my last cash payment somehow my money was misplaced. Ironically Derek and I was both headed out to a Florida vacation. Long story short I started to receive invoices from corporate. I reached out Derek said it must have been timing. I received another invoice reached out to his boss Mark this time because I haven’t seen or heard anything from Derek. I was told I was see a rough draft. Then I was told by his supervisor Mark they don’t normally do a rough draft. I sent everything I wanted on the headstone Via txt to Derek. So how could he get anything wrong. Upon finding out my last cash payment never made it now Derek is sending rough drafts with a lot of missing details. Like my grandfathers death date for starters. Then there wedding date a year off. I finally called another location to get Corporate info. To find out the receipt I have showing I paid $1,000 cash on May 30th was just put in sometime in August. They offered me a $1,000 basically not to sue for all I have been Thur. And said I will have the headstone in four weeks. Almost 8 weeks later. I asked for a full refund and still awaiting the headstone. Today I was told no due to money they spent on showing me rough drafts. As if it was my fault that Derek didn’t translate or simply played a game to buy time to replace the missing funds. But I have text proof that I sent all this information the first time. I feel bullied taking advantage of. I am reliving the death of my grandparents daily as I deal with this issue. Today is 10/20/20 and I still have nothing to show no headstone just a headache. This is devastating I don’t wish this pain I am feeling on my worst enemy. This is so unfair I only wanted to close a chapter in my life. Let my grandparents rest in Heaven and I feel like I’m living in hell just trying to do a good deed. Save yourself the heartache and your family dignity DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE they are HEARTLESS GANGSTERS. Then I get calls from Derek talking crazy to me. I know he is well connected in this business because where or how else could a company let this happen. Blame me and he is still there answering the phone and taking other peoples money

I have been trying to get in touch with someone about ordering a head stone for my father. Every time i call i get the same response. He is with a client can i take your name and number and have him call you back. It has been almost a month now.

Went to Uncle's burial today. Potholes were horrible and trash everywhere. Lowered casket before all family was gone. Very sad
