Location, availability of transport, communication, staff behavior, maintenance, cleanliness, condition of the rooms, I think, are worthy of a five star rating. This hotel has sea facing rooms with balcony. Room fare is reasonable considering everything. This place has a restaurant too.

Sea view with great room service available. Though the restaurant is bit costly. Fixed room traiff and no credit card payment facility.

Park Beach Resort is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious fully air-conditioned and sea facing. One can enjoy the scenic beauty of the beach from the balcony. The staff of the hotel is very hospitable and attends even before you call them. There is a restaurant where you can get food as per your choice. You can also order food to be served in your room. There is no problem of power cut as it is restored then and there. Housekeeping staff also is very polite and attends to every little details.nThe washroom is also very spacious and clean. There is a provision for both hot and cold water 24 hrs. Cold filtered water is also available. Lift can also be used. The ambience outside makes it more attractive because of the beautiful garden. The price is within one's reach. If you want comfort and relaxation from your daily schedule , this is the ideal place to stay. The owner is down to earth very polite and humble.
