Was in Puri with family on 10th Dec 2018 when my mother had emergency asphyxia and we rushed her to the hospital, no doctors were available in emergency. She was shifted to general ward with no aid despite us repeatedly asking for a Doctor. Finally when the Dr came it was too late, we lost her due to the callous attitude of the staff and Doctors on duty who were nowhere to be seen.
