Very less options available here particularly for the feeding range of products. I tried getting a feeding product but it wasn't available. I asked them if they can get the product and inform me. They never informed. When I visited the store after two weeks they still haven't gotten that product. I urged to keep my contact number and then I saw in their register they mentioned that they have already called me, which wasn't true. However I again requested them to get the required product and waited for another week but they didn't turned up. So, finally after waiting for 3weeks I visited first cry store in Pal heights and got my desired product.nAnother problem is the store salesperson staff in bapuji nagar store are very inefficient about the data of the product they have, they are not well versed with the product they have. Whereas at pal heights firstcry store the salesperson is efficient and we'll versed with the products they have.
