Yesterday I ordered a list of items 1st time with billing amount of Rs 2533. Paid full amount on delivery. Later matched items will bill. Unfortunate to tell, one item is not delivered, and some of the items billed more than mrp. How is it possible. Don't know. Very bad experience on the 1st time itself. I will suggest, please dont buy anything from here.

I wish i could give negative rating. Never expect them to deliver the product on time. Despite assuring to deliver the product the same evening of placing order they call and tell that delivery is possible only next evening. This grocery delivery web portal is useless and a complete waste of time. Better go to the market and buy them yourselves than wait for 48 hours to get them delivered (although they claim to deliver the same day you place your order) at your doorstep.

Good shopping experience with ViaGrocery. I was not satisfied with one of the product,after my complaint they have replaced the product immediately without any question. On time delivery. The vegetables are fresh and good quality. If they can add more delivery slots it will be more helpful. Highly recommended.
