The gym Comes with really good equipments and really good trainers. The monthly charges and admission fees are also pocket friendly. If you are a beginner then its a good place to start with after gaining good knowledge of the equipments and process, you can change to high end facilities though. It opens from morning 6am to 10 am and evening 4pm to 10pm. Sunday is a off day with zumba classes in the morning from 6am to 8am though. I personally go to this gym when i come back to my home in my summer holidays.

The tread mill is not working I had joined last year i.e. 2018 in the month of September and till May 2019 the tread mill wasn't repaired. The condition of the cycle is worst. All machines are there but not maintained properly. The condition of the washroom is also pathetic. N the trainer Deepak will give u suggestion that there is a park nearby go there n run and then come for work out so in that way u will not require any treadmill. Overall a worst experience. N there are only 5% ladies who use to come to gym. Sometimes there are no ladies also which is very akward and the trainer is good for nothing.

Great place. All types of good quality equipments. Very affordable price. Trainers are very friendly and help in building mass and core.
