Green Trends - Unisex Hair & Style Salon-Anna Salai pondicherry.

First time I visited this parlour for my haircut three months ago, the staff who attended me were punctual and more responsive, and had a pleasant experience that time. Believing the same kind of experience will happen, I booked a 09:00 am slot for 24-Oct-2020(Saturday), the prior day(23-Oct-2020). I reached by 08:55 am on 24-Oct-2020 for haircut service, and I was asked to wait for some time as the staff had not come by then. I was asked to be seated by the parlour supervisor, and he called the respective staff to check for his availability, the respective staff reached the parlour by 09:15 AM and he started attending to me for the service I had opted for. And during the service after completion of the hair cut, when he tried to attempt to trim my moustache he cut my upper lips mid part(exactly on the top mid vermilion border)[And I accept that was accidental]. But, he didn't react to the situation, rather he said the scissor went wrong and he was trying to attempt in the right way. I felt very bad about this situation, and also felt its absolute nonsense of yelling at him/parlour on this incident. And I had paid whatever I had to for the service I had opted for and returned home. Two things to be noted here, why as a customer we had to book slots? - to save time of both customer at first and parlour to manage other customers effectively, and why a customer has to visit a place a second time or so on - this is based on the service experience a customer got in the past and believing the same will continue in future visits. In my case both were not met, leaving me with full dissatisfaction. I had rated three stars here as average of best and worst experience I had from this parlour.
