I have seen the reviews about TEG. I don't agree with some. Here is growth for everyone, either it is a boy or a girl. Example: We have two product managers (Male and Female both are promoted). There are 4 Tl's in which we have two girls and two boys.nnOur Manager gave opportunity to each and every person to grow and think out of the box.nnIt depends on person to person if they wanna to grow or not. Moreover, they gave us liberty to do training sessions even in office hours.nnI have always seen manager to give opportunity to deserving candidates.

I have worked here for an year and half.The company is good with flexible environment. Jay sir in the tech team is very understanding and gives you good opportunities. He listens quicky about any of your concerns.

I will support all above mentioned negative reviews for this company.nnI feel blessed for not to be the part of this company.nGuys Don't ever plan your future growth with TEG Team . It's a jail & moreover the basic funda of every organisation is ' knowledge sharing is caring ' But here they work on opposite funda. Specially TL @Viknesh Naidu (a person with multiple faces. may god bless all with other TL's but not with him)nn@HR team is good (Harsh your attitude towards your work appreciated)nHouse- keeping and everything is good except some people in TEG team.nnI want to mention some helping candidates but will not mention because that might spoil their future .

To the owner of the company: It's a request to please check what exactly is going on in the development team. Evaluate that if the person chosen as a higher management is playing a significant role or doing something else. I will say one thing that this company can grow to large scale because of all felicities but the upper management of the development team is more focused on Other things (I will not mention them because it will sound cheap)nnI don't want to insult, but seriously while working with development team it feels like you have to be in the favorites list of Jay. And one main dialogue Jay always say to everyone (Please come up with your points, I will prefer it Big lol...) Instead of preferring this person prefer them so Personnel that the survival of the other person becomes difficult.nn@Company owner please check or assign duty to some good skilled person to check what exactly is going on. Consider all above mentioned feedback's on your site seriously and always conduct an exit interview. I am pretty much sure that the reason will be Jay only. He only loves to chit-chat with his favorite one's (especially girls) and whenever he is disturbed, he always shout and went out of anger like mad people on all TL's/team because of his personnel frustration.nnGuys get out of this team for good career & girls who are after him just for job/position seriously hats off to you for your patience & tolerating him.nnLet me tell you trick to influence him if you still want to experience: Give importance to him, agree on what he is saying, say yes sir yes sir, don't reply him back, head down, look beautiful and do unprofessional talks. All set after that.nCompany is good but don't go for development team . Mentally depressed you will be.n@Owner of the company please take some strict actions else your company will not grow. Atleast think twice if all employees are complaining about the same . I know Jay did a lot of hardwork but seriously he don't deserve manager position . Apart from manager tasks he is doing everything.
