I’m glad to mention that silly phrase “no pain, no gain.” It may be true in some situations, but it’s not accurate with physical therapy. If you’re in a lot of pain, you need to let your physiotherapist know as soon as possible. Some positions or stretches could actually be damaging the injured body part even more and last but not the least commendable job done by both the doctors on my back injury and recovering really very fast ,and great consultation ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Fantastic first time experience, very accommodating, He explained me everything in a calm and understandable manner. Mr. Mangat is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated person, his staff is courteous and I like his philosophy of medicine.
