Sad state of affairsnThese people are harassing the public.i wanted only one medicine because I could get others from the other pharmacies, they forced me to buy all.nThe staff was very rudenThey charged GST from a lady who had come with in a monthnThey rudely sent back another old gentleman without giving him the medicines on the same pretext that he should buy all.nI fail to understand that if one needs only one why force him to buy all.nMoney minting bussiness
this is place is not good for medicine there staff talking style is very rubbishnand this store also rubbish special tere all staff is rubbish
They need to teach some customer skills to their staff. The Girl behind the counter was so rude with my mother....as we said to her we need 2-2 packs of each medicine but she brought 1 pack for one medicine and 2 pack for another medicine and blamed us that we told her this way.nnThat is fine as person can donMistake that’s not a problem but upon saying to speak calmly she started an argument with me too.nnI heard there some people saying that particular girl speaks Rudely with everyone.! Which is not a good thing for imperial medical.nnI would have given zero star.they don’t even deserve 1 star just because of their illiterate staff.nnTEACH YOUR STAFF BEFORE MAKING THEM SERVE CUSTOMER*****
