The place was nice... & view was awesome, but the entrance road is too dangerous for two wheeler especially in rainy season because it was mud road...

Such a beautiful water fall. We went on December so the waterfall was not in full flow but still looked really good. The District Administration has constructed steps to reach the bottom of the falls and a lot more of work is being taken up presently. The 200+ steps going down was definitely worth it. I have heard people say that its comparable to the Elephant Falls, but after seeing it today, its definitely taller by 3 times or so. And with full flow after monsoons will definitely look spectacular. There are huge paddy fields in the bottom and makes the scenery so good. The best part is that the water falls is just 1 km from the Shillong -Jowai Main road just after Thadlaskein.
