Guwahati Airport

Not the best airports you'll see, but it does have all the basic necessities well fulfilled. It's clean, well secured, doesn't take too much of a hassle to reach. It has around 8 gates and flies international flights too. You'll find a few apparel stores and a few food joints offering basic varieties in choice. Being the entry point for entering the North Eastern states of India, it sometimes gets really busy here.

It's a nice small airport. People here are quite friendly and no1 hesitates to listen to any query you have. Washroom are well maintained

I'm posting it after my first visit. To me, it is quite good and clean. I hope it'll improve further. 🙂

Development in this airport is heading to culmination everyday! Staffs are friendly, clean environment , well maintained, very systematic! Soon its going to be privatised, hope for more development at a rapid pace.

Small airport. But reasonably clean and well maintained. You Will find a few snacks shop and few shops enough for time pass for about an hour. Hidesign store is good.
