Worst customer care service.... They reschedule flight timing according to their own wish and they make the passengers suffer.nMy flight was scheduled in the evening and they rescheduled the flight timing to morning, and for the morning flight they are charging double the amount. This kind of changes really upset the passengers... I will never ever travel or recommend this flight to anyone

My flight Sw776 on 9/12/2020 evening 21.30 got cancelled by airline they gave me flight in 9/12/2020 in morning 6am without my confirmation when call to change time asking for extra amount.. ridicules behave by spicejet will not use this airline ever again.

Poor customer service, I've booked my flight two months in advance and I already got a message of some timing change. I've called both of their numbers to confirm on the same but nobody picked up.

I got 4 time spicejet flight cancelled. And they are not going to refund my money, fraud company spicejet.

3 days before the scheduled flight, I called the Spicejet airline call centre to book wheelchairs for my parents, both of whom are senior citizen and need wheelchair assistance. The airline did not confirm booking of the wheelchairs with the reason that they have limited wheelchairs. This is a very poor experience for me as a Spicejet customer.nnAs opposed to Spicejet, I have been regularly availing wheelchair facility for my parents on other airlines like Indigo or Air Asia who on previous occasions have always obliged my requests by booking wheelchairs even when I called them 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight timing.nnI must say that Spicejet has disappointed my very badly by being unable to provide wheelchairs even when called 3 days prior to scheduled flight timing. Senior citizens should surely take note of this aspect before booking flight tickets on Spice jet
