This was our second trip with them and you can rely on them and u will never be disappointed !

We had a trip to delhi,agra,manali,amritsar...their arrangements were the worst I could say...never kept up the words as per itenary...they told all the cost was including inland transportation but in manali they told extra cost for jeep 1200 per person and never ever had the courtesy to inform us prior...from delhi to manali its 13hrs but the driver took 24 hrs to reach and wasted a entire day. In agra they took lot of time to reach agra and skipped agra fort as per itenary ...and guess what we never visited even a single place In delhi...just to conserve their expenses and not to book a hotel in delhi they took bus from agra at 5.30 am and reached very late...the worst part is a tourism agency doesn't know that most of tourist places is closed on Monday and planned the itenary like visiting delhi on Monday...such a cheap idea....they'll lag behind u for paying money but never ever keeps up words...don't ever book in thisnagency..this is not a false story...seriously I'm so much irritated with this experience
