Horrible and most unreliable. Don't trust Riya for any visa requirements. They cannot get Singapore or Chinese visa. Even though i was a customer for more than ten years i decided to walk away from them due to their poor and unwarranted service. Even if you make follow up calls the way they talk to you is as like they are the ambassadors of USA consulate (I am not mentioning the names considering their career). They visited me and expressed their regrets over the incident.

I went to Riya to get the attestation in my PhD degree certificate from China embassy. I have talked with many agencies but Riya is the best. Because processing fee is low and i got best customer service. if any one asked agency for this kind of work immediately i will ask them to go to Riya. Thanks to Riya...

I went to them to get a Schengen visa in their Coimbatore office. They got my Visa & passport delivered home.nThey seem to know their job. And they were prompt as well
