Greenlawn Cemetery

Very peaceful and beautiful place. Well designed. We're all very fortunate that we were gifted this treasured resting place.

This is a beautiful place to walk and spend time. We used to live nearby. Had to move. I miss venturing around there .nIt is very special.

With the COVID 19 pandemic they did what they could. Not much.

My mom is there and she is in a beautiful spot. I am completely satisfied with greenlawn employees you all do Fantastic work.

Is it weird to have a favorite cemetery. I dont really care how weird it is, because this cemetery is very many things. It is an arboretum, lots of the trees have plaques that tell you their names,. It is a park, has some beautiful ponds, bridges, some artistic stairs. It is, at its heart a cemetery, and so artistically done, that I am happy to know that my friends father is buried there. I loved living close to it, as I could go walking, or riding my bike, and not have to worry about getting hit by a car. I planned outings in it with friends, and no one thought it was weird. It is a beautiful place and if youre thinking of visiting it, just because its a cemetery in Salem MA, then I highly advise it, but dont expect it to be spooky, because it is anything but.
