Their membership is completely fraudulent. The money gets deducted wrongly even without availing services and the customer not receiving an OTP.nThe customer care team takes ages to get this resolved.nSuggestion - Please do not avail membership and take the services on payment at the time of appointment basis.nOne has to wonder on their reconciliation mechanism of payment for the membership account.nMembership a Big NO

Worst things happened to me...they are completely fraud ... they just do marketing... after that they don't turn up
