Untrained therapists. I've just walked out of the place with muscle pain which I didn't have when I walked in. Everything was done in a hurry. The therapist in spite of requests wouldn't decrease the pressure and the entire massage was done with her knuckles. Massages are meant to be relaxing. Moreover the other therapists were shouting and laughing and talking on the phone. The room smelt horrible. Jubilee Hills outlet is world's apart. Never going back again.

I was suffering from back pain and was facing issues while sitting. I had visited physiotherapist and he suggested to also take deep tissue massage. Visited this place as it was near by my place. The cost was economical and the message was good.nnHowever deep tissue means a lot of pressure but it was not very effective. But the ambience was good and facilities ok.

Waste of money and time. They do not know how to massage and they talk very rudely. Not at all professional and they don't k ow there own job to do. They were just touching the body no pressure applied . Totally waste and pethetic experience. I request not even think of going to ISA SPA.
