St. Edmund's School

Ah yes! "SES for St. Edmund's, leaders in every field". This venerable institution strives to make a leader out of every single boy who enters its lush green campus at a tender age. The school is set atop a slightly elevated hill, well aloof from the noises of the busy city, thereby providing an excellent atmosphere for studies and other activities alike. The teachers of the school are skilled, experienced and easy to approach. SES is affiliated to ICSE, which in my humble opinion is one of the best school boards of the country. An unequivocal "Yes" from me when asked if I'd recommend this school to parents. Also, when visiting the school, do take a moment at The Great Hall. It offers a glimpse at the illustrious past of the school and personally, it is my favourite place in the entire school. Wishing you and your son/ward the very best!

An institution worthy of more than this mere five-star rating, St. Edmund's School is over a century-old and is located amidst the lush, green hills in the Scotland of the East, Shillong. Here, boys don't just become gentlemen, they become "Edmundians" and leaders in every field. There will always be the critics who talk about the flaws, in a review. But I can definitely assure you that this institution is a true bedrock to all good things one can/will achieve in their life!

Quality education, exciting co-curricular activities,discipline can at times be out of control due to the behaviour of students.

The best school in North East India. Being a passed out from here I can say you can make a good career if you start your career from here. It’s a ICSE school and it’s the best educational board in India. Good school and also good college for young children.
